私、ピエール松尾は自主研修のため、 2011年10月(参考: レポート033)に引き続き、 2012年4月にフランスを訪問いたしました。 パリの宿泊ホテルは、 常宿のLe Meurice(ル・ムーリス)で、 訪問レストラン(Dinner)は、 Le Meurice・Hiramatsu(ひらまつ)・ L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon-Etoile (ラトリエ・ドゥ・ジョエル・ロブション・エトワール)です。 今回も週末小旅行で、 Bourgogne(ブルゴーニュ地方)に行って来ました。 Beaune(ボーヌ)にある、 Hotel Le Cep(ル・セップ)に宿泊。 Loiseau des Vignes(ロワゾー・デ・ヴィーニュ) にてDinnerを堪能しました。 |
